By purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, or presentation may occur.
Our products are natural and handcrafted; slight variations between batches are normal and do not constitute defects.
Products sold are intended for wellness and lifestyle use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
2. Pricing
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase subject to these Terms. An order is only accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
- Products are unavailable
- Pricing errors occurred
- Fraud or unauthorized payment is suspected
If cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
4. Payment
Payment may be made through secure methods available on the website, including:

- Approved online payment gateways
We do not store payment card details.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within estimated timeframes shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Customers must ensure correct delivery details are provided. Additional delivery costs due to incorrect details may be charged.
6. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership transfers only once full payment has been received.
7. Returns and Refunds (CPA Compliance)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:
Cooling-Off Period (Online Sales)
Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:
- Products are unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers may return defective goods within 6 months of purchase. You may request:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
as provided under CPA provisions.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used wellness or personal care products unless defective.
8. Allergies and Sensitivities
Our products contain natural botanicals and essential oils. Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists prior to use.
We recommend patch testing before use.
Pranacolore is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from sensitivities or misuse. Customers requiring customised formulations are encouraged to contact us prior to purchase.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
- Pranacolore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
10. Privacy
Customer information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for order fulfilment and communication.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to South African jurisdiction.
